My first contact with AurumDentalCenter was at the beginning of March... I was skeptical about getting dental work done outside Germany. I had many question marks. But already after the second email I had a very positive impression and a good feeling. My questions were answered transparently, without any rush. I quickly decided to start the project. I got an appointment quickly, exactly when it suited me. Every message was answered the same day or, at the latest, the next day. On March 17 I had my first appointment. The complete work was finished on July 16. The implants had to rest for 4 months. Everything was top. Visits without waiting, service at a high level. German standard. Throughout the process I was always informed, and all my questions were answered patiently, in a way I could understand. The technical assistant Nikola even drove me twice to digital imaging with his own car. Top. And what’s worth mentioning is that I was offered contact the whole time in case something was not as agreed. Dr. David and the dental assistant Marijana fulfilled 100% of everything they promised me on day one. Very, very professional. In the end, I must emphasize that the price we agreed on was respected. I had agreed on metal-ceramic crowns, but because of my complex upper jaw I received zirconia crowns for the price of metal-ceramic. I got an additional discount of almost 2000 KM. It was a big challenge for Dr. David, but that convinced me he is an exceptionally good dentist... I sometimes used the word artist. Top. Finally, I just want to underline that the patient was in first place. Go and see for yourself. Don’t worry. You won’t make a mistake. You will be completely satisfied. I want to thank Ms. Nataša for her kindness and warmth, Ms. Marijana for fast and precise communication (which is why I decided to do implants at AD... it helped me organize my time and finances), and thank Dr. David for an excellent job that brought my smile back. While I was still deciding whether to do implants in Bosnia... the AD website was excellent because, unlike some others, I didn’t have to scroll through staged staff photos, but found what mattered: detailed procedure information. I sent an inquiry to Aurum Dent and another clinic; I received AD’s reply within an hour, from A to Z... The other clinic replied after 6 days in three sentences. I didn’t hesitate anymore. It was agreed that a filling repair and teeth cleaning would be done. I traveled 2 hours only to be told that we need to book a separate appointment for that, even though everything had already been arranged more than a month in advance. No organization and no trust…

The words can’t express how satisfied I am with Aurum dental office. During my two visits, the staff was extraordinary in showing kindness and addressing any pain concerns, which made my visits relaxed and painless. I was pleasantly surprised by the respect, honesty, and the way they informed me about all procedures available to me, and most importantly, they asked for my consent and opinion before proceeding with any dental work. I can also say that the prices and the quality of materials used for my implants and crowns are unbeatable... it would cost me 7x more in America.
