What If Something Goes Wrong After Dental Treatment Abroad? Warranty and Who Pays
What to do, who pays for the repair and who pays for travel, how long the warranty lasts, and whether your dentist at home will fix it.
The short answer
All-on-4 costs €4,000 per jaw at our clinics, All-on-6 €5,000. The price includes the implants, multi-unit abutments, extractions, the temporary bridge (usually the next day) and the final bridge. Only bone grafting or a sinus lift, sedation, and a CBCT scan if you don't have one cost extra. You need two trips. In Germany the same treatment costs €9,000–18,000 per jaw.

At our clinics All-on-4 costs €4,000 per jaw and All-on-6 €5,000. For both jaws that's €8,000 or €10,000, at the same price in Belgrade, Čačak, Doboj, Bijeljina and Banja Luka.
That's the price for the whole journey to permanent teeth, not just the first phase. The table shows exactly what's included.
With us the implants, multi-unit abutments, extractions, the fixed temporary bridge and the final bridge are all included. Only bone grafting or a sinus lift, sedation, and a CBCT scan if you don't have one cost extra.

2026 prices, indicative, without bone grafting. Germany: lower bound from a German practice's comparison, upper bound from our market overview. Switzerland: approx. CHF 15,000–17,000 for surgery with the temporary bridge, plus CHF 6,000–12,000 for the final bridge. For a single implant, see Dental implant cost in Serbia 2026.
Many cheap All-on-4 offers include only the temporary acrylic bridge. The final bridge comes a few months later and is charged separately, sometimes almost as much as the first phase.
Italian price lists show it clearly: All-on-4 with a temporary resin bridge costs €5,000–12,000, with the final bridge €8,000–16,000.[3] So ask about every offer: is the final bridge included? With us it is.
With All-on-4, four implants carry the whole bridge; with All-on-6, six. Which is better for you depends on how much bone you have and its quality, and the CBCT scan shows that.
Both are fixed: you don't take the teeth out at night like a denture. All-on-6 spreads the load over more implants and is often recommended in the upper jaw or for a strong bite. All-on-4 uses tilted back implants, so it often works without bone grafting. The implantologist decides after seeing the scan, not the price.
Yes, you usually get fixed temporary teeth the day after the implants are placed, two days at the latest. The final bridge goes in after about three months, once the implants have fused with the bone.
Two trips: the first for at least four days, the second about three months later for four to five days.
A long time, with good hygiene and check-ups. A systematic review of 4,804 implants found 99% still successful after three years.[4] In a study with 10 to 18 years of follow-up, 98.8% of bridges and 93% of implants were still in use.[5]
With us you get a lifetime warranty on the implants and a 5-year warranty on the bridge, in writing. The bridge needs regular cleaning and check-ups, just like natural teeth.
Whether treatment abroad is worth it at all, and how to choose a clinic, is covered in Is it worth traveling for dental treatment?
With us €8,000 for both jaws (All-on-4) or €10,000 (All-on-6), with temporary and final bridges.
Yes. Only bone grafting or a sinus lift, sedation, and a CBCT scan if you don't have one cost extra.
At least four days the first time, and four to five days the second time, about three months later.
Yes. You usually get the fixed temporary bridge the day after the implants are placed.
Neither is better for everyone. It depends on your bone, which the CBCT scan shows. The implantologist recommends the solution after seeing it.

What to do, who pays for the repair and who pays for travel, how long the warranty lasts, and whether your dentist at home will fix it.
An implant for €500 instead of €1,500–2,000, All-on-4 for €4,000 instead of €12,000–18,000. Why the difference is so big, what you get — and how your teeth are made in our lab.
